ORDERING:
· Packages are offered with various print sizes from an individual image
· Find Packages A-D in the Package Deals Section
· Package E is for Group Pics and can be used with ANY group, team, or team with text-graphic-title.
· Prints- prints are offered by the Print and can be found in the Luster or Prints Section
· Gifts-this section is for our specialty products such as buttons or magnets
· Digital Download-offered by the individual image
WHAT YOU SEE:
· ALL images within the job are NOT color corrected. Some images may be cropped to an 8x10 format
· This allows our customers to crop the image to your liking should you wish to do so, IF NOT, a member of our staff will do so for you before submitting to the lab for printing.
VERY IMPORTANT:
· To ensure ORDER ACCURACY, please double check your cart before processing to assure that you are ORDERING the correct image of YOUR CHILD. Our studio is not responsible for incorrect image selections.
DELIVERY:
· Digital Downloads are immediate. Be looking for the link in your email with your receipt. Download Links are only good for 30 days
· When ordering a Digital Download with ANY PRINT ORDER, the download will be released once the package is sent to the printer.
· Please ALLOW 3-4 weeks for PRINTS for delivery
